Evolve was created after hearing the same thing from women again and again. Finding the right support should not feel like guesswork.
Women kept telling me they felt overwhelmed by directories, unsure what kind of help they actually needed, and lost in the language of the wellbeing world. And the truth is, support does not always begin with therapy. Sometimes what you need is a coach — someone who can help you navigate burnout, a career change, an identity shift, or the very real and specific experience of moving through maternity, perimenopause, or menopause.
As a nurse and a systemically trained therapist, I have spent years seeing how varied women's needs can be — and how much changes when someone finally finds the right practitioner for where they are right now. For some women that is therapy. For others it is life coaching, business coaching, burnout support, or guidance through a major transition. The problem is that most platforms expect you to already know what you need before you have even begun.
