Counselling: 
We work with individuals, couples, rangitahi/youth and whanau/families. We provide individual counselling and family therapy.

We have specific experience with adults, families/whanau and children/adolescents where mental health can result in difficult in behavioural and emotional problems that fracture relationships. 

We provide counselling services for a wide range of issues for those 16 years of age and above. Including:

  My focus is to help clients to understand what is affecting them and aid them in taking back control and mastery of their lives with a view to enhancing relationships and day to day living.
